Transition & Onboarding Manager - Financial Planning
Our company is changing the face of wealth management and planning. Our teams are small enough for you to make an impact, our company is large enough to support your career aspirations.
Career
You prefer creating momentum over maintaining the status quo.
You might currently be a Transition Manager, Integration Lead, Change Manager, Project Manager or senior operations professional, but you're looking for more influence, more visibility and a bigger seat at the table.
You love navigating change, building relationships and solving complex people and business challenges. If you're happiest managing the same process year after year, this probably isn't the role for you.
You want exposure to acquisitions, integration and business transformation. You want to work closely with senior leaders, shape decision-making and gain experience that positions you for future leadership opportunities across operations, change or business management.
You'll help Financial Planners and acquired firms transition successfully, while building a skillset that will accelerate your career beyond traditional project delivery.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of the department, you'll support the successful onboarding of Financial Planners and integration of acquired businesses into Atomos.
You'll act as a key delivery lead across multiple transition programmes, coordinating activity across Financial Planning, Operations, Hubs and wider stakeholders. Acting as deputy, you'll help ensure integrations are delivered efficiently, risks are managed effectively and Financial Planners are set up for long-term success.
As a highly collaborative role, regular travel across our network of 15 UK offices will be required to build relationships with key stakeholders and support the successful delivery of transition and integration activities.
