You'll work closely with clients, Financial Planners , and colleagues across the business both in South Africa and the UK, gaining valuable exposure to wealth management and financial planning operations while developing your service expertise.
About the role
We are looking for an Administrator to provide first-line support to clients, Financial Planners and third-party partners. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for managing our main telephone switchboard and email enquiries, supporting users with online systems, and ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
Accountabilities
Client Support & Service Delivery
Act as the first point of contact for clients and third-party enquiries via telephone and email, delivering a high standard of customer service.
Support clients with online systems and portal navigation, providing accurate and timely assistance.
Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues in the business, to field queries quickly, ensuring an exceptional service experience at every interaction.
Work Management & Operational Excellence
Manage shared team mailboxes and individual caseloads, ensuring all enquiries and requests are completed.
Prioritise and resolve queries, including escalations from colleagues, clients and financial planners, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Develop product knowledge to confidently support clients and colleagues across a range of products and services.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or client support role in financial services.
Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner and strong written communication.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workloads.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and relationship-building skills when working with clients, financial planners and colleagues.
