Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience in financial services? Do you have a qualification in finance or economics? Whether you already have experience within financial services or are looking to develop your knowledge of the sector further, you'll benefit from exposure to a range of operational activities, alongside training on internal systems and processes. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge of UK financial processes and contribute to outstanding client outcomes.

Accountabilities
Provide administrative support to adviser support hubs across the UK.
Produce Letters of Authority, Valuations documentation accurately and efficiently within agreed SLA’s.
Assist with the setup of applications for new business submissions.
Respond to enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
Foster effective working relationships with teams across the UK through Microsoft Teams.
Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system.
Ensure all data is updated promptly and maintained to a high standard of accuracy.
Skills and Experience
2-3 years administration experience, ideally within a financial services, professional services or regulated environment
Hold a degree in a related field i.e Business, Finance or Economics
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information accurately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
Intermediate Excel skills, including experience using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Understanding of financial services products and processes.
Proven problem solving capabilities
Familiarity with CRM or back-office systems such as Xplan, Intelligent Office or similar platforms.
