About the role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Administrator to provide dedicated support to our Financial Planners and their clients in our Chester office.
As a key member of the team, you'll manage the administrative processes that underpin the delivery of professional financial advice, ensuring every client interaction is supported by accurate, timely, and efficient administration.
You'll be the engine behind a seamless client journey, helping advisers stay focused on building relationships and delivering advice, while ensuring all client servicing activities are completed to the highest standard.
Accountabilities
Ensure all client reviews are supported by suitability reports and required documentation, proactively monitoring progress and escalating outstanding cases where required.
Maintain client records within Xplan, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date, and compliant.
Keep client files organised, complete, and audit-ready at all times.
Support Financial Planners with annual review scheduling, meeting preparation, client segmentation activities, and service delivery requirements.
Build strong relationships with clients and Financial Planners, ensuring all post-meeting actions are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
Skills and Experience
2+ years' experience in a Financial Planning Administrator role.
Good knowledge of financial planning products, including pensions, investments, and protection.
Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-centric approach.
Comfortable working with modern technology, cloud-based systems, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
