About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Summer Data Entry Assistant to support the delivery of client remediation activities. This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of case processing, maintaining high standards of data integrity, and delivering excellent client service throughout the remediation lifecycle.
Working closely with operational and client-facing teams, you will play a central part in managing case records and validating client information.
Accountabilities
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records within our CRM system (Xplan)
Supporting the end-to-end processing and tracking of remediation cases
Managing client communications, including handling responses and drafting professional correspondence
Validating client information (e.g. bank details) through approved verification channels
Ensuring all case files and documentation are complete and correctly uploaded within internal systems
Supporting reporting by maintaining accurate data for management information (MI)
Contributing to continuous improvements in processes and system usage
Upholding high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance at all times
Skills and Experience
Previous office work experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Comfortable using systems and learning new tools quickly
Basic working knowledge of Excel (e.g. data entry, simple spreadsheets)
Experience within financial services, case management, or remediation environments is advantageous
