We’re looking for a Chartered Financial Planner to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our HNW and VHNW clients. About the Role

You’ll work alongside a highly skilled team of Financial Planners, using a blend of expertise, technology and human insight to deliver thoughtful, personalised advice. You’ll nurture long-term relationships, provide intelligent solutions, and communicate financial strategies with clarity and confidence. This role also offers scope to develop your profile, through building and growing an inherited client bank, mentoring and supporting colleagues, to be a subject matter expert within your field, whilst expanding your knowledge and experience further.

Accountabilities

• Deliver exceptional client service to HNW clients, building trust through clear communication and consistent updates

• Provide financial plans and advice that meet regulatory standards and support client goals

• Manage ongoing review processes in line with client service agreements

• Maintain fully compliant and well documented client files

• Offer intelligent, proactive and creative solutions to client issues

• Represent and articulate the Atomos proposition confidently and professionally

Skills and Experience

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or Chartered status.

• Strong knowledge of key financial planning areas: investment, retirement, protection, and estate planning

• Proven experience working with a full range of provider products and services.

• Confident using CRM and cashflow modelling tools with a strong interest in exploring how AI tools can enhance our operations.

• Minimum 3+ years in a client‑advisory or technical role, building and maintaining strong relationships

• A client‑centric approach with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills that delivers on trust and solutions.
