Compliance Associate - London
Our company is changing the face of wealth management and planning. Our teams are small enough for you to make an impact, our company is large enough to support your career aspirations.
Career
You are towards the start of your career, have at least 1-2 years of experience in a professional financial services environment and want to work for a growing firm with big ambitions. About the role
You will be working on a variety of compliance tasks with a range of stakeholders supporting the Head of Compliance and the Assurance Director. Based in either our London or Bristol offices, you will benefit from the unique blend of an office where everyone knows your name, but you will also have direct exposure to our senior stakeholders. You don’t need compliance knowledge, but you will need to be able to learn fast. As a medium-sized company you will receive informal coaching and be expected to self-learn (we can direct you where to look).
Your tasks will range from administrative and organisational tasks, to analysing data, setting up processes, policy writing, and getting involved in ad-hoc projects. In this role, you’ll learn by doing. At this level all roles have a large administrative component, but the good news is you will get involved and support knowledgeable experts across our Compliance team.
