You will be responsible for aggregating, managing, and executing trades across various financial instruments and asset classes. You should feel confident working independently, but also love working collaboratively with Portfolio Managers and other stakeholders. Based in our friendly London Head Office, you get the chance to connect with senior stakeholders every day and collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Accountabilities

• Execute trades in equities, fixed income, and funds.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, client mandates and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all trading activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Manage risk and ensure adherence to risk management policies.
• Provide regular reports on trading performance and market conditions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of trading processes and systems.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a trading environment.
• Working towards, or already have your Level 6 Diploma in Investment Operations.
• Good system knowledge – we use Nexus/Eximius.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
