Contract role until the end of September with the option to go permanent

You are ambitious, you are still able to deliver the doing (e.g. process mapping), but you want exposure to senior stakeholders and important projects that will make a difference to our fast moving medium sized business. You have at least some experience in Wealth Management operations.
About the role
Working for the COO you will oversee team members and deliver effective change in our operations function improving the consistency of processes and implementing technology solutions that support our operating model.
This is a high profile role and you will engage with senior stakeholders. Its key you are able to act independently, solicit feedback, and check in before major changes, all with the objective of delivering value added improvements to our operations.
Accountabilities
- Documenting Atomos processes: ensure Atomos processes are made consistent, documented, and communicated, to ensure all our staff can operate in the most effective way. Build in management information to monitor the success of implemented processes.
- Solution design: work with key business stakeholders to establish operating pain points and how to address them.
- Innovation lead: understand market and technology best practices to ensure Atomos deploys this appropriately.
- Program design and project management: develop and execute change management programs to drive improvements in operational efficiency and oversee their execution by use of appropriate project management disciplines.
- Stakeholder engagement: ensure senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders understand change drivers and solutions and project timelines and have high buy-in.
- Risk management: identify potential risks relating to the operating model and change programs and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives and continuously improve processes.
Skills and Experience
- Must have 5+ years Financial Services experience in an operational area.

- Good grounding in the use of technology to deliver operational efficiency.
- Understanding of how to deploy or optimise technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex change initiatives.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services sector.
