Contract role until the end of September with the option to go permanent

About the role
You are a person that makes things happen. As a champion of operational efficiency, you will design and manage the delivery of process and technology solutions that optimise the Atomos operating model.
In this role you will take the COO's strategy, coordinate your stakeholders and where needed roll your sleeves up, to ensure things happen in the right sequence to deliver value added improvements to our operations.
Accountabilities
- Atomos operating model owner: ensure that the operating model is documented in process and system maps and efficiency and effectiveness monitored through appropriate management information
- Problem identification and solution design: work with key business stakeholders to establish operating pain points and ways to remove them
- Champion of innovation: understand market and technology best practices and ensure that Atomos deploys this appropriately
- Program design and project management: develop and execute change management programs that drive improvements in operational efficiency and oversee their execution by use of appropriate project management disciplines
- Stakeholder management and communication: engage with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure the target operating model is understood, opportunities for change are recognised and supported and that visibility is given of change program progress.
- Risk management: identify potential risks relating to the operating model and to change programs and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives and continuously improve processes.
Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PROSCI) is preferred.
- Experience: 5years+ experience of change management in management roles and experience within the wealth management or financial services industry.
- Good grounding in the use of technology to create operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex change initiatives.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services sector.
